one or two more weeks of school!!! yeah!! What crazy couple of years these have been. I am super excited to just work again. No essays, no classes. Its been a wild ride but I loved every minute of it.

Autumn in Central Park

An illustration for my sister and her husband. They've been together for 5 years now!! Time flies. She is living in NYC so I really wanted to include the city in this work. And yes Pascal was my inspiration. He is an artist I admire very much.

Been watching the Tudors. I love this show. The Production Design is amazing... very inspiring.

Been going back to my roots in traditional media... for a while there I was bogged down by wacom tablets and photoshop.... it feels good to really draw and paint. Id forgotten how expressive a simple line can be.

Guadalupe/Malintzin Exhibit @ Ave 50 on March 10

Hi Y'all!

Just wanted to give the heads up on an upcoming gallery exhibit at Gallery Ave 50. A group of artists were asked to give their visual interpretation of the relationships of Guadalupe and Malintzin.  Both are two extremely important female figures in the history of Mexico.

Should be interesting! Come if you can.
